Integral Wellness Services (IWS) works in the intersection of effectiveness (human relationships & information) and efficiency (process & technology) to optimize individual and organization value, performance, wellness, and contribution.  Its founder (Candi S. Foon) has over twenty (20) years of professional experience in business and non-profits; health, wellness, and fitness industry; retail industry.  Ms. Foon leverages her multi-cultural perspectives, insights, and tools to achieve breakthrough results for IWS clients.

Founded in 1992, IWS (d.b.a.) is a 100% minority owned company whose focus is to increase the capacity for compassion, transformation, and integration in individuals and organizations to achieve breakthrough levels of effectiveness, performance, and efficiency through the skillful integration of health, wellness, and fitness practices.  IWS provides management coaching and mentoring; public speaking; personal, organizational, and leadership development and transformation; and health and wellness — consulting services as a strategic thinking partner to government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations.  It specializes in the program design, program management, and program delivery of personal and organizational development products and services in the form of compassion-based relationship capacity-building and wellness practices.
