Radiant Networking

Articulated by Anne Stadler in 2001, Radiant Networking is a primary practice of The Sunyata Group and its partner organizations. It is a practice shared around the world by many individuals and organizations.

Inspired by Indra’s Net, Radiant Networking is a gift exchange, honoring, supporting, and amplifying the life force in any situation, relationship, or place on the planet.

Participants are invited to enter into the mystery of “Radiant Networking”. We are eager to be with you in inspired learning communities of practice. Some of us identify ourselves as serving inspired leadership and inspired communities. Some speak of participating in the conscious evolution of consciousness. Some use the word co-evolving.

Whatever the language, all of us are active agents in the collective transformation of consciousness, serving the well-being of all through our individual and collective spiritual practices. Together, we open ourselves to the Universal intelligent field, being guided meticulously in all our relations and actions.

Any and all that are called to do Radiant Networking are invited to manifest Radiant Networking initiatives.

Radiant Networking initiatives provide “strategic thinking partners” to initiate, plan, participate in, respond to, deliver, follow-up, and/or fundraise for — not-for-profit public benefit educational programs, projects, workshops, community meetings, talks, consultations, services, and/or products to address extinction-level public policy issues and solutions.

The “Radiant Networking” Process employs the following collaboration model:

Radiant Networking practitioners regularly individually and collectively sense into the Calling Question — "In what ways and in what places are we called to serve the well-being of all?"

Teams consisting of people qualified in leadership, diplomacy, facilitation, relationship management, spiritual development, education, wellness, healthcare, etc. — initiate and/or respond to the "calling activity" from a perspective of the transcendent guidance of compassion and wisdom (taking responsibility for what has heart and meaning).

Local resident teams or persons (“living in a place’) — who are listening for and supporting indigenous leadership and/or communities that are either impacted by, and/or addressing extinction-level issues and solutions — “Host” and formally define the Calling Activity.

Traveling teams initiate, deliver, follow-up, and/or fundraise for — "not-for-profit" public benefit educational programs, projects, workshops, community meetings, talks, consultations, services, and/or products to address extinction-level issues.

Traveling teams address extinction-level issues and solutions by:
  1. Participating in strategic conversations in local community gatherings, and meetings with"persons of interest"
  2. Conducting workshops on individual and community capacity-building
  3. Working with opinion-leaders and social connectors to increase effectiveness
  4. Documenting their efforts, formulating strategies and solutions, and posting their findings
